5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share your information with trusted sub-processors and third parties under the following strict conditions:

  • Service Providers: We share data with Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), and Google (OAuth authentication) to operate our platform.
  • Takedown Recipients: When filing a DMCA notice, we share only the minimum legally required information (such as your name or our status as your authorized representative) with the hosting providers, domain registrars, or search engines hosting the infringing content. We never share your private government ID documents with these entities.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest. We enforce strict role-based access controls, ensuring that only authorized Wardengrove staff can access sensitive identity verification data when strictly necessary to process takedowns or resolve disputes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Active account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, we retain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is securely deleted or permanently anonymized.
